Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 pkgs Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli (thaw, but DO NOT drain)
1 chopped onion
1 10 oz. carton cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup grated cheddar

Method

Melt butter and pour into bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients, except for the cheddar.
(Remember NOT to drain the broccoli)
Pour batter over butter.
Sprinkle cheddar on top.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until top is browned.
