Pumpkin bars


1 C. oil
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (@2 cups)
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground cloves
2 tsp. Cinnamon

3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 C. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla


Combine and mix until smooth. Pour into jelly roll pan (do not oil the pan) Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Cream together frosting ingredients and spread over bars
