Tzatziki

Ingredients

1 Cup Non-Fat Yogurt
1/2 Seedless Cucumber
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Method

Combine cucumber and garlic in food processor and pulse until coarse. Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until liquid.
