Fish Tacos


3/4 lbs Mahi-Mahi, fresh filet
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon capers
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 banana peppers, hole (no juice)
1/2 onion, julienne
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/8 cup cilantro
2 limes
4 tortillas
pepper and salt to taste


1) On medium heat, grill the Mahi-Mahi 4-5 min on each side, only flip once
2) While grilling, blend mayonnaise, Tabasco, capers, garlic, and banana peppers in food processor
3) Saut?© onion until transparent
3) Mix the lettuce, cabbage, and cilantro in a bowl with the juice of one lime
4) Evenly distribute and spread the sauce on each tortilla
5) Cube the grilled Mahi-Mahi and distribute between the tortillas
6) Place about 1/4 cup of mixed lettuce/cabbage/cilantro on top of Mahi-Mahi on each tortilla
7) Serve with half a lime


Yield 4 tacos, 2 people
